This project has its own executive committee, which consists of people from school and people from the "Youth & Sports Affairs Office." The committee is headed by general director of the school, Abba Yohannes Grebregzhiaber. Below the committee are the heads of each team, who will lead and supervise the technical work for all activities. The team captains will review the work of the team after each game, along with all the players and the responsible section. The committee is responsible not only analyze the sports skills but also the whole ethical and moral of each player.
