The calçotada solidarity is an initiative of celebration with a claim that goes beyond "and aims to raise money for the humanitarian work that the white father Olaran Angel takes place in Ethiopia. To do this we are creating the Foundation EtiopiaUtopia. Our main goal is to help in different areas Wukro community, a town north of the country where the vast majority of its inhabitants, more than 35,000 live below the poverty line.

Angel Olaran (Hernani, 1938) spent the last fifteen years working in the region and throughout this time has managed to bring hope to an area ravaged by drought and famine.
