This project has its own committee which consists of school and office responsible for youth and sports affairs of the people. The school principal (Abba Yohannes Gebregziabher) is the director of the committee at a time. Under the supervision of the director, there are others responsible for team who manage and supervise the technical work of each activity. They are the team leaders who carry out an evaluation after every game with all players and the committee. The committee is responsible for not only the sporting aspects, but also complete training in ethics and values.
