Bike Utopia is the new joint initiative undertaken by EtiopiaUtopía foundation. In it, nine people will travel to Ethiopia to take a bicycle 1,050 kilometers from the capital Addis Ababa to Wukro (Tigray).
They will leave on June 10 from Bilbao and according to all the provisions, completed the trip in a week. With this, expect the company from Guipuzcoa, help contribute to the projects launched in Wukro, buying miles solidarity.
This same spirit of solidarity will accompany the cyclists during the entire trip. The material received by partner enterprises and the belongings of the participants were left in Wukro.
The nine participants are: Peio Ruiz Cabestany, Peio Amiano Garcia, Oscar Terol, Imanol Apalategi, David Juanmartiñena, Eva Maria Arrieta, Nagore Ezeiza, Jose Javier Etxegoien and Jorge Quiroga.
